PRESIDENT BUSH AND VICE PRESIDENT CHENEY

We, the undersigned, believe George W. Bush and Richard Cheney should be impeached for the following high crimes and misdemeanors, grounds that the Constitution sets forth for the removal of public officials:

The President and Vice President deceived citizens and Congress in the most serious act that a government can undertake - leading its people to war. The principal reasons they gave have been fraudulent, namely:

That there was an imminent threat of a secret attack by Iraq which would use weapons of mass destruction against the US and its allies.
That Saddam Hussein was cooperating with the al Qaida terrorists, with the implication that he was involved in the attacks of those terrorists on New York and Washington on September 11, 2001.
Even if the President was misinformed by his intelligence agencies, he did not take due diligence in oversight of their information in making the decision to go to war, for which he is accountable.

The President and Vice President undertook aggressive war under cover of a pre-emptive first strike, contrary to the United Nations Charter to which the US subscribes by treaty. Therefore they violated US law.

They also violated US law and the US Constitution in July 2002 by taking $700 million from funds Congress appropriated for the war in Afghanistan, and secretly diverting them to prepare for an unauthorized war in Iraq.

In both the aggressive wars against Iraq and Afghanistan thousands of civilians were killed and wounded in violation of the Geneva Convention requiring protection of civilians in combat areas.

The President and Vice President have violated the Constitution\'s Fourth and Fifth Amendments\' protection of civil rights of American citizens and legal residents. Over twelve hundred individuals have been detained, in many cases incommunicado, without charge, without benefit of legal counsel and the right to client confidentiality.

The President and Vice President have obstructed justice by restricting the investigation of the attacks of September 11, 2001. They have also refused to provide information and records necessary and appropriate for the constitutional right of congressional oversight of executive functions.

Little David was in his 5th grade class when the
teacher asked the children what their fathers did for
a living. All the typical answers came up -- fireman,
policeman, salesman, doctor, lawyer, etc. David was
being uncharacteristically quiet and so the teacher
asked him about his father.

"My father's an exotic dancer in a gay cabaret and

President Bush was visiting a primary school and he visited one of The classes. They were in the middle of a discussion related to words and their meanings. The teacher asked the President if he would like to lead the discussion on the word "tragedy". So the illustrious leader asked the class for an example of a "tragedy". One little boy stood up and offered: "If my best friend, who lives on A farm, is playing in the field and a tractor runs over him and kills him, that would be a tragedy." "No," said Bush, "that would be an accident." A little girl raised her hand: "If a school bus carrying 50 children drove over a cliff, killing everyone inside, that would be a tragedy." "I'm afraid not," explained the president. "That's what we would call a great loss." The room went silent. No other children volunteered. Bush searched The room. "Isn't there someone here who can give me an example of a tragedy?" Finally at the back of the room a small boy (Lil Johnny) raised his hand. In a quiet voice he said: "If Air Force One carrying you and Mrs. Bush was struck by a "friendly fire" missile and blown to smithereens, that would be a tragedy." Fantastic!" exclaimed Bush. "That's right. And can you tell me why That would be tragedy?" "Well," says Lil Johnny, "It has to be a tragedy, because it sure as hell wouldn't be a great loss and it probably wouldn't be an accident either."

I am from Africa and I would like to us this medium to pour out my heart to George Bush.
Bush, You are nothing but a killer and a lover of wealth. What are you looking for in Irak? Tell me, Is the war not still over? Leave all this little country to live in peace and not in pieces. You and your men has been making life very miserable for this poor country. I know all you want is the oil in this countries, please come down to Africa nad we can make a deal, instead of killing the innocent ones for no reason.
